Thank you Caroline for treating my son after he had a football injury. Caroline has a lovely treatment space and took time to speak to my son about his injury. Caroline was recommended to me by my yoga teacher and it was a bonus that we lived on the same road so I could hobble over with a bad back! After suffering for years with lower back pain and frequent muscle spasms, Caroline is the first therapist that really honed in on the specific area to treat and did so in such a gentle and considerate way I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of results, but she proved me wrong! Turns out the hard painful massages I’d had in the past were not helping and all I needed was Caroline’s magic touch! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and will continue to visit with any little niggles, aches and pains as I always leave feeling lighter and happier!

Caroline helped me with thigh pain and discomfort related to it. I could not sleep on my right side and felt pain and pull while sitting down. By putting gentle pressure Caroline was able to find the root of my pain. Then she used her reflexology expertise and massage techniques to relieve discomfort.Thank you for helping me Caroline.

Caroline is a master of sports massage. I have had numerous sports related injuries over the years and attended various sports massage providers. Caroline is by far the best, understanding not just the actual injury but most importantly how and where it may manifest with pain and restriction of movement. Caroline has worked magic on my back. She really listens and focuses on what needs attention. I leave her treatment room feeling like a new person. I have tried NHS, chiropractors, physio, acupuncture and laser shockwave therapy but Caroline is the only one to have made any lasting improvements.I would not hesitate to recommend her - in fact I do, on a regular basis!

Wow what can I say , I messaged Caroline Friday afternoon as I pulled my Back and was in so much pain and could hardly walk , thankfully she let me see her 9 am next morn and it’s helped me a lot , she did say will take a couple of days to be better , but when I went in couldn’t bend at all and when I left I could , defo recommend Caroline , felt very relaxed and comfortable with her.

Caroline was the person I turned to when I damaged lower back muscles resulting in sciatic pain. I went from struggling to walk and sit to being pain free within a small handful of sessions. I cannot recommend Caroline as a therapist enough. Thank you !

Just finished a session with Caroline and I have to say, it was brilliant! She is an amazing therapist in Fleet, Hampshire that I stumbled upon whilst looking for a new one, and I’m so glad I have found her.Feel like she really knows her stuff and understands what’s going on with your body. Caroline is exceptionally skillful and her treatment room is warm and incredibly relaxing. Her massage techniques bring great relief and relaxation, it's as though she is working both instinctively but also with great expertise. I have had massage, hot stone and most recently reflexology treatments. I feel completely at ease and am now able to trust Caroline to treat me with whichever form of treatment that she deems to be the most suitable for how I am feeling. My work is very physical so Caroline is able to treat my muscles and fascia bringing instant relief. In addition her treatments are holistic meaning that she is able to bring relief, relaxation and healing at a much deeper level. After having a painful back for weeks while waiting for a nhs orthopaedic referral, which was then cancelled last minute, I had a recommendation to visit Caroline at body wise .From the start Caroline had a calming friendly character that made me feel at ease , her studio is clean well lit warm and relaxing , with relaxing music and a comfy massage bed .I’ve had reflexology and deep muscle massage over three visits and I’m no longer in pain !Thanks to Caroline and her wealth of experience !I’m now going to continue to visit Caroline on a regular basis to be kind to my body and keep my muscles tension free .Highly recommended !!

I have been seeing Caroline for treatments for the past 4 years. Whether it's for reflexology, clinical massage, hot stone massage or a combination of these her treatments and the space she shares are fantastic. I ALWAYS leave feeling so much better than when I arrive. Sometimes I see Caroline for a relaxing treatment and sometimes I book an appointment for when I feel a bit broken, she's done wonders to support me when I suffer with my weak point which is always my lower back. I spend a lot of time sitting down for work at a computer and I have visited Caroline for both reflexology, and deep tissue and hot stone massage treatments, which have been instrumental in healing my lower back pain, my tight shoulders (where I hold my stress), and addressing my anxiety and stress. Caroline intuitively knows which treatments I need depending on how I’m feeling, and I leave feeling amazing! Her treatment room is warm, comfortable and always smells nice. Caroline is amazing at what she does. She makes you feel really relaxed and explains everything before she starts the treatment. My son has had reflexology with her to help with his asthma and croup. Within 24hrs of the treatment his asthma and cough have calmed down. I’ve had reflexology and hot stone massage with Caroline and always walk away feeling so calm, relaxed and energised after!

Caroline is amazing! Every time I see her for a massage or reflexology or hot stones treatment, I leave feeling so relaxed and like I'm walking on air! Her treatment room is so calm and relaxing and Caroline knows exactly what needs working on. I look forward to each appointment as I know I will feel so much better afterwards. It is my much needed "me time".
